Heavy metal scavenger
Heavy metal scavenger are chemical agents that strongly chelate with heavy metal ions and can quickly completely remove heavy metal ions from wastewater. Heavy metal collectors react rapidly with various metal ions in wastewater at room temperature, such as chromium, nickel, copper, zinc, mercury, manganese, cadmium, vanadium, and tin, to form water-soluble polymer chelating salts and form flocculent precipitates, thereby achieving the goal of removing heavy metal ions.

Application
Adding and stirring
① The optimal method for adding heavy metal collectors directly to wastewater containing heavy metal ions for instantaneous reaction is to stir every 10 minutes;
② For uncertain heavy metal concentrations in wastewater, the amount added must be determined through laboratory experiments;
③ For the treatment of wastewater containing heavy metal ions of different concentrations, the amount of heavy metal collectors can be automatically controlled through ORP.
Application area
As a very effective heavy metal ion remover, heavy metal catchers can be used in all factories that discharge wastewater containing heavy metal ions, especially suitable for wastewater that cannot be treated using general methods, such as printed circuit board production lines, electroplating plants, steel smelting, non-ferrous metal production and smelting, and battery production
