Cyclone
Fluid cyclone is a common separation and classification equipment, commonly using the principle of centrifugal sedimentation. When the two-phase mixture to be separated tangentially enters the cyclone at a certain pressure from the periphery, a strong three-dimensional elliptical strong rotational shear turbulent motion is generated. Due to the particle size difference between coarse and fine particles, they are subjected to different sizes of centrifugal force, centripetal buoyancy, fluid drag, and centrifugal sedimentation. Most of the coarse particles are discharged through the bottom flow port of the cyclone, while most of the fine particles are discharged through the overflow pipe, achieving the purpose of separation and classification.

Foam dust catcher dust control technology has been widely used in coal mining. It uses the dedusting water pipe and compressed air pipe to mix with water through a certain proportion, introduce compressed air through a special foaming device to generate high expansion foam, and spray it to the dust source through a nozzle. Foam acts on the dust through good covering, wetting and adhesion, fundamentally preventing the spread of dust and effectively reducing the concentration of dust in the air. Compared with other wet dust suppression technologies, the water consumption of this technology is reduced by 50~80%, and the dust removal efficiency is more than three times higher than that of spray spraying.
