Form

  • The liquid polyaluminium chloride is in the form of non drying. It has the advantages of no dilution, convenient loading and unloading, and relatively cheap price. The disadvantage is that the transportation needs tank cars, and the unit transportation cost increases (each ton of solid is equivalent to 2-3 tons of liquid)
  • Solid polyaluminium chloride is the form of liquid polyaluminium chloride after drying. It has the advantages of convenient transportation and does not need tank cars. The disadvantage is that it needs to be diluted when it is used to increase the working strength

Safety and Packing

The product is double-layer packed inside and outside, plastic bag inside and woven bag outside. 25 kg per pack.

  • This product is a slightly acidic product. It is absolutely prohibited to store it together with alkaline substances (such as bleach, lime, etc.), otherwise, the product will fail.
  • Solid products are easy to absorb moisture and should be stored in a dry place.
  • When the packaging bag is in good condition, the shelf life is one year.

Usage method

After the solid product is dissolved into liquid by adding 1:3 water, add 10-30 times of clear water to dilute to the required concentration before use. The best pH value is 3.5-5.0. The best pH value can give full play to the maximum benefit of coagulation. The dosage can be determined according to the turbidity of raw water. Generally, when the turbidity of raw water is 100-500mg / L, the dosage per kiloton is 10-20kg. When the turbidity of raw water is high, the dosage can be increased appropriately, and when the turbidity is low, the dosage can be reduced appropriately.
